How to Activate Biometric Login on KrillPay

To activate biometric login (Face ID for iOS or fingerprint for Android) on your KrillPay app, follow these steps: 

Step 1: Log in Using Your Normal Credentials

1. Open your KrillPay app.
2. Enter your telephone number and password to log in.
3. Do not toggle on the biometric login option at this point.
   
   

Step 2: Enable Biometric Login in Settings

1. Once logged in, navigate to Settings in the app.
2. Select Login and Security from the menu.
3. On the next page, toggle on the radio button next to Biometric Login.

Step 3: Log Out and Test Biometric Login

1. Log out of your KrillPay account.
2. On the login screen, you will see the biometric icon (Face ID or fingerprint).
3. Tap the biometric icon to log in without entering your credentials.

Once you complete these steps, biometric login will be activated, making it easier and faster for you to access your account securely.
