I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

To reset your KrillPay password, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Forgot Password link on the login page.
2. Enter your telephone number and click Next to continue.
3. On the next page, enter your new password and confirm it. Then, click Next.
4. You will receive an OTP code. Enter the code you received and click Next.
5. If the OTP code is entered successfully, your password will be updated.
6. You can now log in using your new password.
