Why is the app stuck on a page with a red dot?

If your KrillPay app gets stuck on a page with a red dot, it may be due to multiple unsuccessful KYC verification attempts. This is a rare occurrence that can sometimes cause the app to freeze.


To resolve this issue, please complete the following steps: 

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click on Send Money
  3. Click on Get Started
  4. This should open the page for you to begin your KYC verification. 

Note: If the white blank page appears again, log out of the app, and repeat the process from step 1. This should resolve the issue.
