We make money by charging instant withdrawal fees. Let's say you have $100 in your KrillPay wallet and you want to withdraw the $100 to your external US bank account, you will have two withdrawal options.
The first option is standard ACH. This option can take between 2 to 3 business days to have the fund deposited into your bank account. This option is free.
The second option is instant withdrawal. If you select this option, then the fund will be available in your bank account immediately. We will charge you 1.5% of the withdrawal amount. This is how we make money.
