How to sign up for a business account

You can sign up for a KrillPay business account either as a new user or as an existing user.

I’m new to KrillPay:

As a new user, you can sign up for an individual account, then later sign up for a business account. Or you can sign up for a business account directly. Note, only users in the United States are eligible to sign up for a business account. 

To sign up for a business account directly, follow these steps.

• Click on Sign up
• Enter a telephone number and then an OTP will be sent to the telephone number.
• Enter the OTP code to authenticate your telephone number.
• On the next page, you will have the option to create either an Individual or a Business account, select Business Account to continue. 
• Follow the on-screen process to complete your account registration. 

I already have a KrillPay account

If you have a registered business account, the option to register a business account is available when you log into your individual account. 

To create a business account, follow these steps.

• log into your individual account
• click on the three horizontal lines at the top left-hand corner of your account
• You will see the option to “Create a Business Account”
• Click on it to begin the process of creating your business account. 

Note: Your business must pass a KYB verification before you can initiate any transaction
