How to Link a Bank Account with KrillPay (US only)

Linking your bank account to KrillPay is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to complete the connection securely:


1:  Open the KrillPay App
     Launch the KrillPay app on your device and log in to your account.


2: Navigate to Add Money
    Tap on the "Add Money" option from the main menu. 


3: Select Add a Bank
    On the next screen, select the option to "Add A Bank."


4: Learn About Plaid
    You will be informed that KrillPay uses Plaid, a secure service, to connect your bank account. 

    Tap "Continue" to proceed.

5: Enter Your Telephone Number
    On the following page, enter your telephone number in the provided field and click "Continue."


6:  Verify with an OTP Code
     You will receive a one-time password (OTP) via text message. Enter the OTP to authenticate your

      account.

7: Choose Your Bank
     After authentication, you will see a list of banks. If your bank is not listed on the first page, use the search

     bar to find your bank.

8: Log In to Your Bank
    Follow the on-screen prompts to log in to your bank account. Enter your bank credentials when prompted.

9: Complete the Connection
    Once you’ve successfully logged in, your bank account will be securely linked to KrillPay.

  • Make sure your phone number is up-to-date to receive the OTP code.
  • Ensure your bank account login credentials are correct to avoid delays.
  • If you encounter any issues, contact KrillPay’s customer support by creating a ticket for assistance.
